Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once the retainer is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• In the rare event I must cancel, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Session Details

• Please arrive on time to ensure the full session duration. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

• I will provide direction during the session, but encourage clients to relax and enjoy the experience for the best results.

Delivery of Images

• Edited digital images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the session date via an online gallery. Print turnaround times may vary.

• Only final, edited images will be delivered. RAW or unedited files are not provided.

Copyright & Usage

• As the photographer, I retain full copyright ownership of all images.

• Clients are granted personal usage rights, which include sharing on social media, printing for personal use, and displaying in their home.

• Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Model Release

• By booking a session, clients grant permission for images to be used in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

• I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or technical issues.

• Every effort will be made to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
